What is the return policy?
All Strokes Matter would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn, or altered. · Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. · Sale-Price Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. · Exchangeability: You may exchange an item for the same item/style number in a different color and/or size only. If you would like a different item/style number, please process as a return and place a new order for the desired item. · Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. · Gifts With Purchase cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. · Return Postage: The responsibility of the return shipping will be that of the customer.
What are the shipping options?
Standard Shipping · Complimentary shipping on orders of $99 or more. · $10 flat rate for orders below $99. Express Shipping · Complimentary shipping on orders of $250 or more. · $25 flat rate for orders below $250.
When will I receive my order?
Standard Shipping orders will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard Shipping is available for orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Rural Routes, and P.O. Boxes. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available. · Orders must be placed by 10:30am EST to qualify for same day shipping. Express Shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Saturdays or holidays). For Rural Routes and remote locations, Express Shipping orders usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Express Shipping is NOT currently available for orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses including during promotional periods.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If delivery of products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and will use reasonable efforts to minimize the effect of the delay. If we do not deliver within thirty (30) days from the date of the written Confirmation of Order & Shipment or any other time limit as indicated by us, you may contact the Customer service department to cancel the relevant order and get a refund of any sums you pre-paid us for any products which you have not received. · In any event, your sole remedy for any failure by us to deliver the order to you shall be your right to cancel the relevant order and receive a refund of sums you pre-paid us for any products which you have not received.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you received a damaged or defective item purchased from Allstrokesmatter.com, please submit several photos that clearly show the defective features of the product along with your original order number. When possible, please provide an overall image of the product and close-ups of the defective features. · Submissions can be made to HQ@allstrokesmatter.com
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We strive to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible so there is a very small window for us to cancel orders once they are placed through our website. The estimated window for cancellations is 30 minutes once you submit your order. If your order is within the estimated window please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-844-276-8326 (8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday PST). · Edit requests are limited to change of address ONLY and are subject to the same estimated window. · *Please note: Cancellation/Edit requests made outside of business hours will be responded to within 1-2 business days of receipt and are likely to miss the cancellation request window.
